Jennifer has a law degree and has held senior positions in life assurance companies and the trade body representing the Irish insurance industry. Jennifer was closely involved over many years in changes to pensions policy and taxation.
Jennifer has also acted as Company Secretary of a number of organisations. Jennifer left full-time employment some years ago and currently works as a consultant with a focus on education. Jennifer began working as a Programme Leader in 2025.
