He’s currently a Partner in Lockton People Solutions Ireland. Prior to joining Lockton, Ray was the Sales Director at New Ireland Assurance, Managing Director with WTW and Managing Director of KPMG and Arthur Andersen’s employee benefits practices in Ireland.
He leads a team of consultants committed to helping clients design and run employee benefit programmes that reflect clients’ needs in a fast-changing employment environment.
